This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Dani, the 'Cotton Candy' costume creator:
My best friend and I dressed up as cotton candy. We home made the whole thing.
We started with an over sized tube top, cotton stuffing, two cans of spray paint, a styrofoam cone and a head band
We spray painted the cotton stuffing blue and pink then hot glued it onto the tube top strategically.
We then glued the cone onto the headband and then put a cotton piece around the head piece as a whole.
We are fans of glitter during the Halloween season so we used spray glitter for our arms and hair.
