Count Chocula Costume

I built Count Chocula after the great response with my 2013 Frankenberry costume. After two years of concepts, I finally finished it in October. He is 9 feet tall with a 10 foot wingspan.I started with a clay sculpt of the head, chest, and hands, the made a framework from PVC and copper tubing. The head fully articulates and is controlled bya bike helmet. The shoes are made from cat litter buckets and eva foam, and covered with croc fabric and white vinyl for the spats. Finally the coat and arm wings were sewn up. The eyes, mouth and logo light up through the use of EL wire.
