Count Louie Baby Costume

This was my sons 1st Halloween costume. I knew when he was going to be Count Louie at 6 months. His dark eyes and hair with light skin was my inspiration. My grandmother mother and I went to a fabric store for her but ended up getting the stuff for his costume. The cost of this costume was about $15.00 not including the shoes. My mom made the vest and used iron ons that we found at the fabric store. I made his cape hand stitched and used milk carton for his collar with red and gold string for the tie. His hair and makeup I did while he was sleeping. Louie was 9 months old on his 1st Halloween.
