This homemade costume for couples entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Carolyn, the 'Couple of Sailors' costume creator:
I don't usually dress up for Halloween (I felt I was too old) but my sweetheart really wanted to do this, and came home with the costume for me to wear. It ended up being a lot of fun.
