This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.

My daughter, Maliyah, is wearing the costume. The idea came from browsing around on google.
Basically.. everything is sewed! The shirt & the skirt were sewed.! The headband was made like you would make any headband. & the necklace was made out of beads & an image from offline.
