This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Casey, the 'Cowgirl Riding her Horse' costume creator:
Our five year old daughter has Spina Bifida and uses a wheelchair. She loves to ride horses and wanted to be a cowgirl for trick or treat. Her dad is rather creative and made this costume to fit her wheelchair. She absolutely loved it and we loved watching her have so much fun wearing it!
