This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Juliana, the 'Crazy Cat Lady' costume creator:
I am wearing the contest , yes me and I have many many cats purring to vote for me, ha- I have Hello Kitty footy pj's curlers in my fine grey hair and tons of flair. I am wearing some cheap dollar store perfume and carry my tote filled with kitty treats along with my litter box filled with crispy rice and tootsie rolls for poop, now who will dance with me at the monster mash?
