This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sara, the 'Creepy Clown Victim' costume creator:
This is me wearing the clown...I am both the victim and the clowns legs. I ordered the clown's face from Etsy and glued that and a wig to a foam head. I then stuck a yard stake into the foam head and wrapped a large pillow around it. The large pillow then went into a backpack that I wore on my back. Lots of ducktape later I was able to put the clown costume through my legs and around the backpack. I then put my half dress on and did my makeup. Not very comfortable but it looks so creepy!!
