This homemade costume for kids entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Raquel, the 'Creepy Clowns' costume creator:
Both of my children love the scary part of Halloween! Just like their father they enjoy all of the scary masks, movies, music and more. It was a shock to us when both of them, without the other one knowing decided to be creepy clowns. We kept it a secret from both of them until it was time for them to get dressed!
