Creepy Pennywise Costume

My son Nicholas is wearing the costume. The costume idea came from the infamous IT movie starring Pennywise as the main character. The actual costume came from Amazon but I made the shoes from cheap knock-off white high-top sneakers with paint and red pom-poms. I bought the wig and styled it and then used adhesive to attach it to a bald cap stuffed with cotton. I then used toilet paper and latex to make a "crackly" forehead, latex to smooth some edges, and adhesive to hold it all down then used paint for his fast paint. The overall cost of the costume was around $100-$120.
