Sandy makes new costumes every year from scratch.

Everything was hand made.

Her dress is made of Crown Royal bags sewn together.
Her crown is made from 2 liter bottle cut up, paint, and hot glue with at Crown Royal bottle top. She made the small pillow from Crown Royal bags.
Her collar is made of Crown Royal bags sewn onto wire hangers for the shape.
Her sleeves are Crown Royal bags sewn together with the strings from the bags as the laces.
Her scepter is made of card board tube, small plastic bottle cut up, gold paint, Crown Royal bag string and a Crown Royal bottle top
My cloak is made up of Crown Royal bags sewn together and the ties are Crown Royal bag strings through 2 Crown Royal bottle tops.
My pants are Crown Royal bags sewn on top of a pair of Pants.
My shoes are Crown Royal bags sewn onto shoes.
My gas mask is some plastic from a milk jug glued to a pair of safety glasses then covered in Crown Royal bags. The filter part is made from a mini Crown Royal bottle and bottle top and other misc craft parts she had laying around.
