Harlow Wiseman is Cruela De Vil. She loves 101 dalmations and all dogs. I had made this costume by seeing the dress and shaw. She is 3 years old.

OMG, how adorable is this little baby girl, even though she is the wicked Cruella. I just love the way she looks so sassy and looking like the actress in that amazing replica car. This costume idea beats anything I have seen around the last few years. She has my vote!

What a great idea. Great costume. She looks adorable with the dogs in the car. Of course she looks too cute to be cruel. But still, extremely clever and I'm sure she'll have a great chance at winning.
