This homemade costume for kids entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Whitney, the 'Cruella and her Puppies' costume creator:
My 3 year old daughter is wearing the cruella outfit. I used a black dress and found a robe that was too big and cut it off to fit her properly. My 10 month old twins are her Dalmatians. I used white ones and made the spots and made their ears out of headbands.
