This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jenn, the 'Cruella de Vil' costume creator:
I dressed up as the Disney Dalmatian snatcher! I did my makeup and accentuated the eyebrows like Cruella's in the story book. I wore a sophisticated black dress and completed the look with blood red shoes, gloves and lips. I also wore Cruella's funky hairstyle- half white and half black! No Dalmatians were harmed in the making of this costume :)
