This homemade costume for women entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Connie, the 'Cruella de Vil' costume creator:
I didn’t get to do Halloween as a kid, so when I became an adult, and learned to sew, I dove right in! I usually pick characters from shows or movies I liked as a kid. The coat and wig I bought but I sewed on all the fur edging and pockets. Made the fur stole for my shoulders as well!
