This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kimberly, the 'Cruella De Vill' costume creator:
I have always loved 101 dalmations so decided to try Cruella this year. I think it turned out pretty good! Made the cigarette holder from a piece of fishing rod and painted it. The rest I just put together a little at a time.
