This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

My Niece Nyahlynn is wearing the costume,I came up with the idea because every little girl wants to be a Princess I told her lets be different A Villian needs some love to and she went with it. Since they dont really have a costume for Cruella that portrays the Cruella from the Cartoon we Brought Fabric with shine on it and made a dress , then we also brought a Dalmation Print fabric and made a coat. Since my mother is handy with the sewing machine.and we went from there got the wig online and just put it all together.
