This homemade costume for women entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Joanne, the 'Cruella DeVil' costume creator:
First year as a Disney villainess! Purchased wig and puppy in purse. Had clothes and gloves. Painted a pair of black shoes in the red color as well as a cigarette holder, earrings and ring in green. Made the coat out of a blanket, drew black spots all over it and lined it with red shiny fabric. Did the makeup following the cartoon version of the character.
