This homemade costume for kids entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

My daughter's are definitely in character! This idea came from the love of Disney movies! I wanted something fun and different! And the pulled it off very well!! The Dalmation costume was store bought, but Cruella's I pieced together. So fun to create! She loved the makeup and the reactions she received amped up her character even more. One of my favorites to create! Happy Halloween
