This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

My 3yr old daughter Delilah has been chucky, chuckys bride and this yr she is Cruella De Ville from 101 Dalmations. I thought it will be a good costume! For the coat I used a rope I cut it n see where I had to to fit her I used sharpies for the spots! I got a black dress from a Halloween store and cut it to her size. I did her makeup and spray painted her hair the cost was around 40 dollars. She got best costume at her school and everyone loved it!
