This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Hannah, the 'Cruella DeVille' costume creator:
Matilda (5) is wearing the latest in Dalmatian Couture. Having been gifted these puppies by a costume designer friend, Matilda scampered away with the idea. She fetched some snappy red gloves and matching tights, repurposed a dress from her personal collection, pilfered her mother's pearls, and teased up a black and white wig. Parents, hide your pups from this Cruella!
