This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.

This is my 2 1/2 old daughter As Carella Deville. I made the scarf and the tights. I purchased the wig at a Halloween store. I did fluff the hair out to make it more full before she put it on. I found this idea on the Internet and my daughter loved it! Enjoy!
