This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Annie, the 'Cruella & Dalmatian' costume creator:
Molly is 2 and is in love with "the puppy movie" so I figured, WHY NOT?! Landry is 1 1/2 and I just knew she would be the perfect Dalmatian. :) I like different costumes and enjoy making or piecing them together myself.
