This homemade costume for girls entered our 2022 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lacasta, the 'Cruella' costume creator:
My daughter always wants to be the mean/bad guy. I was able to find a wig and used tons of gel and hairspray to make it stay. We had the coat already. But the dress we found at a kids store and i cut two different panty hose to get one of each color. Found the cig holder at a Halloween store.
