This homemade costume for couples entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Michelle, the 'Cruella & Her Pup' costume creator:
I handmade the jacket out of a fuzzy sweatshirt & polka dot scarf and made the dalmation costume. Wore this for a fundraiser Halloween Party and it was a huge hit.
