This homemade costume for kids entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sandy, the 'Cuckoo Clocks' costume creator:
This design was inspired by my 18 month olds love for clocks, specifically our cuckoo clock which we bought in Germany on our honeymoon. It’s structure was made of cardboard and felt. The yellow feather boa was sewed onto a yellow hoodie sweatshirt to look feathered wings and head of a bird.
All felt was handcut.
