This homemade costume for babies entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jodi, the 'Cute Little Old Lady' costume creator:
For my daughter Taylor's first ever Halloween, we decided to dress her up as a little old lady. My husband and I dressed up as her caregivers (or nurses). Most of the costume was home-made. The wig is made from pom-poms and the walker is made from PVC pipes.
