This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jacqui, the 'Cute Little Scarecrow' costume creator:
I got some overalls from Goodwill for two dollars, bought some sunflowers and straw from Michael’s, and then found fall leaves and the tutu from the dollar store! I hot glued everything together and made her little head piece on a metal clip! She wouldn’t sit still for her face makeup haha
