This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Megan, the 'Cutest Scarecrow' costume creator:
Keaton is our little scarecrow! This is his first Halloween! A few years back a friend of mine made her little boy this and it was to cute. This year having it his first Halloween i wanted him to be one. I contacted my friend and she made the hat and keatons dad and I made the costume. The outfit total was about $10 dollars! We used burlap,scrap material,and hot glue made the outfit!
