This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rebecca, the 'Cutey Cat' costume creator:
this is our baby girl Jemma, 6 weeks, old. the kitty onesie with tutu is purchased from Kmart and the headband is hand made from black band with a glued on orange ribbon for bow with black/white middle ribbon and decorative spider on top.
