This homemade costume for groups entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Christina, the 'Dancing Windsock Tubemen' costume creator:
A few months ago we were mimicking the way the tubemen look like when they are dancing. They are usually found by auto dealerships or grand openings. We checked out pinterest and made our own costumes using collapsible hampers, material and felt!
