This homemade costume for women entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kat, the 'Dark Mermaid' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. I had the mask handmade from a woman in Australia and it’s fit to my face. White contacts make this costume creepy.
I wanted something different. I am all about Halloween and don’t tend to do what everyone else does.
