This homemade costume for men entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Robert, the 'Darkseid' costume creator:
Costume is of Darkseid, the big BADDIE from DC comics.
Made from EVA foam. The under body suit is a body jumpsuit with EVA foam musculature added and then covered in several coats of plastidip.
Face, after sculpting with foam pieces is covered by tissue paper and pod modge ( it really gives the appearance of skin with wrinkles and veins).
Other details of the face was created using hot glue. Which was then covered in the same tissue paper and pod modge.
I am wearing the costume and loving the final product.
