This homemade costume for women entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lori, the 'Day of the Dead' costume creator:
I do theme Halloween parties and decorating each year. This year is Day of the Dead. This is some of my handmade costume. Headpiece was made with a headband that I had cut a design out in cardboard spray painted it black and duct taped to headband. I then was able to glue flowers to it. Necklace was handmade. Rest of outfit as shown, painted boots. Painted black sleeveless dress in which I added sleeves, tulle, flowers and sequin heart. Last photo is my Chihuahua's Day of the Dead costume :) Happy Halloween!!
