This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Heather, the 'Day of the Dead' costume creator:
I decided to be the most authentic Day of the Dead character as I could be !My family and I love Halloween and every year I make costumes for everyone ! This year I created this lovely lady with a custom altered dress and shaw but the most time consuming thing about this costume is the body and face painting ! It took an hour for each arm and hand , and about 1-2 hours to paint my face and chest . Painting my right arm with my left hand was the biggest challenge ! People who knew me didnt recognize me !! I love Halloween !!
