This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Madison, the 'Dead Schoolgirl' costume creator:
For this costume I used a pleated skirt and white button down I had in my closet. As well as a blonde wig. For the makeup I broke a pencil in half and layered liquid latex around it to make it stay up. Also I put liquid latex in between my lips to make it look like bubblegum "melted" to keep my lips closed.
