This homemade costume for couples entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Raymond, the 'Dead Titanic Victims' costume creator:
My roommate and I decide to make and wear these costumes after watching Titanic. The frozen woman costume is made from material for the dress and the blouse purchased. We attached icicles(made from hot glue) to the dress and home made hat and the officers outfit. Yellow ribbon for the stripes and white spray paint and spray on snow to complete the effect. Spray on glitter and white hair spray, crackle make up, lip gloss for the faces to complete the costumes and the fun then began. We had a great time with these costumes.
