This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Elise, the 'Death Eater' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume. I only purchased the Dark Mark temporary tattoo. It's a black skin-tight slip, with a corseted piece over top of it that I salvaged from an old shirt. I threw on some black lace tights and a black fly-away. Not pictured here are the 4 1/2 inch black boot-lace stilettos that I wore with it.
