This homemade costume for couples entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ethan, the 'Deb and Kip from Napoleon Dynamite' costume creator:
My sister and I had the great idea to be Deb and Kip from Napolean Dynomite! I just went to the local thrift store and got a polo shirt, khaki shorts, white socks, glasses(I popped out the lenses), and sandals. I got the mustaches from Walmart. Total cost was around $10 for mine and $7-$8 for Deb. Lots of fun! :)
