This homemade costume for pets entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Debbie, the 'Devil Dog' costume creator:
Carla our 4 yr. old Rottweiler is modeling her Devil dog costume. I used a red adult tank top for her shirt topped by a large child sized skirt for the neck. I then added Devil horns and tail.
