This homemade costume for couples entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Madeline, the 'Dexter Morgan & Victim' costume creator:
After binge watching the entire series of "Dexter" on Netflix, we decided to dress as Dexter and a victim for Halloween. We used about 200 ft. of plastic wrap for my dress and a lot of red paint for both of our costumes. Black vinyl apron: $20. Plastic wrap and paint: $10. The shock and amazement of everyone who saw our costumes: priceless.
