Dinosaur Costume

This is Diego my 13 year old non-verbal disabled son whom has Cerebral Palsy and other medical problems. I made this Halloween costume of a Dinosaur captured in a barb wired cage, that has lighted up grass and safari leaves .. idea was from Jurassic Park! Used foam cones, green cloth, cotton for stuffing spray paint, glue lipsticks artificial leaves,wet foam, plastic metal wire Christmas lights, assorted color of paints, sponge for texture, tooth picks, needle and thread, green floral tape, black tape plumbing tubes, plumbing glue
I spent about $500.
