Disney Princess Moana and Demigod Maui Costume

My 6 year old daughter is the new Disney Princess Moana that I bought at Target. My 3 year old son is the demigod Maui whose costume was stripped from the shelves by Disney due to a controversy about it being racist. As sad as I was I was determined and reached into my roots as a Polynesian and did a diy costume for my son. I bought the magical fish hook from target, but bought a yard of green fabric, cut it my son size, and wrapped it around my son. We call the wraps in Samoa 'ie lavalava. I sewed some tropical leaves I bought at Dollar Tree and tied a rope around that I also bought at Dollar Tree. My older son and I used eye liner to draw tattoos on him. I had bought a shark tooth necklace at a souvenir shop and some shark teeth. I used wire to tie around the shark teeth and added them to the shark tooth puka shell necklace.
