This homemade costume for babies entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rachel, the 'Doctor Who' costume creator:
My son Spencer is wearing this homemade Doctor Who and Tardis costume. I made his bow tie out of ribbon and dyed his jacket a tan color. I made his Tardis out of a box and painted it blue. I used a flashlight for the fixture on top to actually make it light up.
