This homemade costume for women entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Karryn, the 'Dollar and a Dream' costume creator:
I just wanted to do a Dollar and a Dream in memory of the 1.6 billion dollars this year. Took me 3 days to make all handmade. Everything had paper dollar bills glues on including my shoes and hat.
