This homemade costume for couples entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Natasha, the 'Donatello and Raphael' costume creator:
My husband and I made these turtle costumes because we love superhero costumes. Used felt to make our shell tummy design. Spray painted oven pans to do the shells and made a logo with card stock. Used knee highs from sports store. Used a wrapping paper roll to make my baton. Spent about 40 on both costumes total.
