This homemade costume for kids entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cherrelle, the 'Dorothy and her Scarecrow' costume creator:
My 3 year old daughter is Dorothe I purchased her costume at Toys R Us. The shoes are from Target. The puppy is our dignity coach she is Toto. My 1 year old son is the scare crow. I made his costume. Regular overalls and a plaid shirt. Added some straw to the bottom and the sleeves. His hat is made with felt, hot glued patches on it from and old shirt. ;) Happy Halloween!
