This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amber, the 'Dorothy and Tin Girl' costume creator:
My daughters. Ansleigh as Dorothy and Ashlynn as tin girl! I've always loved the wizard of oz and thought it would be cute!! I made the tutus myself alone with the apron Dorothy is wearing. The costumes and everything cost maybe around $40 or so for both! I wanted to put a mothers touch on it rather than buying one from the store! 'Y kids loved them!!
