This homemade costume for families entered our 2019 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Candace, the 'Dorothy and Toto' costume creator:
My son and I are dressed and Dorothy and Toto. As a kid, I absolutely loved the movie The wizard of Oz and the Wiz. These movies allowed your imagination to run wild and dream about somewhere over the rainbow. These two where my favorite characters and I felt it would be such a beautiful memory and moment to share with our son.
