This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stephanie, the 'Dorothy' costume creator:
Our daughter Addy is wearing a Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz contest. The costume is homemade including her beautiful hair and red glitter shoes!! I just threw the costume together and didn't use a pattern. Her brother, a scarecrow and also homemade, accompanied her and her dog toto.
